Mr. Caine is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Hanford Hotels, Inc. He is involved in establishing corporate policy for Hanford Hotels, Inc. and in the approval of all investment decisions.
In 1972 Mr. Caine co-founded Sixpence Inns of America with Mr. Sodaro and was involved in the development of all the properties from the time of the company’s inception. He held specific responsibility for the operations of the vast number of inns. Prior to developing Sixpence Inns of America, Mr. Caine was Cost Supervisor for Ford Motor Company and Secretary/Treasurer of HITCO Corporation, formerly a New York Stock Exchange company engaged in the aerospace industry.
Mr. Caine holds an Master of Science in Business Administration from Northwestern University.
