William A. Caine, Jr. is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Hanford Hotels, Inc. He is involved in establishing corporate policy for Hanford Hotels, Inc. and in the approval of all investment decisions. 

In 1972 Caine co-founded Sixpence Inns of America with Sodaro and was involved in the development of all the properties and held specific responsibilities for the operations of several of the hotels. Prior to developing Sixpence Inns of America, Caine was Cost Supervisor for Ford Motor Company and Secretary/Treasurer of HITCO Corporation, formerly a New York Stock Exchange company engaged in the aerospace industry.

Caine holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Northwestern University.
