Richard Marshall currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Development for Hanford Hotels, Inc. where his primary role is market and site analysis, land acquisition, and entitling for all new projects.
Prior to joining Hanford Hotels, Richard worked as a financial analyst for Trimont Real Estate Advisors where he worked on a portfolio of land assets in excess of one billion dollars.
A graduate of the University of San Diego, Richard earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate. He also holds a B.A. from California State University at Fullerton. Richard currently serves on the Executive Committee of the ULI Orange County Young Leaders Group and is a member of the Phi Alpha Theta historical honor society.
