Mr. Caine is the Vice President of Finance and Development for Hanford Hotels, Inc. and has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.  His duties include Risk Management, Operations, IT Management, Human Resources, Finance, Development, and Acquisitions. 

Mr. Caine began his career with Sixpence Inns of America working in the Accounting Department where he was responsible for the day to day accounting functions of the large growing company.  After three years, he was promoted to Internal Auditor, and later to Assistant to the Executive Vice President where his responsibilities included accounting, administration, operations, and computer services.  After the sale of the highly successful chain of inns, Mr. Caine became the Chief Accountant for El Niguel Country club where he was instrumental in creating a comprehensive program for tracking and controlling employee expenses and the computerization of all financial statements.  Upon leaving El Niguel Country Club, Mr. Caine spent nine years with Preferred Hotel Management Corporation as Senior Vice President overseeing property level accounts receivable collection, centralized accounts payable, payroll, human resources, operations, and risk management. 

Before joining Hanford Hotels, Inc. in 2005, Mr. Caine was a regional controller for Sunstone Hotels, responsible for the preparation of all operating statements, bank reconciliations, and balance sheets for twelve full service properties ranging from Holiday Inns to J W Marriott Resorts.
